Mini-Sports is an instructional 6-week program utilizing a variety of sports and training techniques to develop necessary motor skills. Each activity will consist of one or more of following;
- Running
- Jumping
- Throwing
- Kicking
- Catching
- Hand-to-eye Coordination Drills and more...
Participants must be 3 years of age prior to the program’s start date - no older than 5 years of age. Parents are encouraged to be present and participate with their children.
